Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Orders that are placed on weekends, holidays or after business hours, will be processed the following business day.
Shipping time is separate from processing time when anticipating the arrival of your order. Please refer to our shipping chart below to estimate delivery times.

(Please note, your order may be completed and shipped sooner than the full order processing time listed above. We post these approximate processing times to allow us to put our very best into producing the highest quality products. This ensures your product arrives as requested and in the best condition, eliminating the need for returns due to poor quality or order discrepancies.)
Our shipping is based upon your zip code and the weight of your package. Our shipping rate chart below is just an estimate of the rates you will see in your cart. In order to get an accurate shipping rate for your order, add your items to cart and you will be able to view the shipping amount before checkout. Our default shipping company is FedEx.

Sales tax is only added to orders shipped within the United States. The general tax rate is 8.25%.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via FedEx are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on FedEx.com.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure your order is accurate, and try our sample products before purchasing large orders.
We make every effort to make your order as accurate as possible. Some factors you should be considered while purchasing our products is that we specialize in 100% virgin, unprocessed, Indian Remy human hair. Our hair comes from different donors. This is why we cannot guarantee hair color or texture 100% of the time.
We are not responsible for the changes or alterations done to the hair once it has left our warehouse including chemically processing, cutting, coloring, or texturizing the hair. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy, and curly pattern. Our virgin hair comes in Natural Black, which is between a #1B and a #2 in color. .
We do not offer refunds for order errors made on the part of the customer, including incorrect length, wrong color, wrong texture ordered, etc. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
Please keep in mind: since the Virgin Hair is all natural and the color cannot always be guaranteed, refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the color or texture of the Virgin Hair.
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your products, only under the following conditions:
(1) We sent the wrong product or color (does not pertain slight variations in the Virgin Remy hair colors); (2) The hair is damaged by us or in the shipping process, and you have not altered, brushed/combed, used, cut, trimmed, colored/dyed, washed or personally damaged the hair
Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products, which have been used due to hygiene purposes.
Under no circumstances will we accept any hair back if alterations or changes have been made to the hair once it has left our offices. The hair cannot be altered in ANY manner. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, chemically process or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange. We abide by these strict policies and expect the item to be returned in its original condition. We must inspect the exchange in order to be fully approved.
* We will only consider exchanges on hair extension products if the hair is unused, untouched and untied.
* A copy of the original invoice and our Exchange Authorization Form must accompany packages
* Do NOT send packages that we have not approved for return. If you do, the package will be refused.
* All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee
* If there is a balance due, customer will be billed for the difference after restocking fee has been applied
* Exchange requests must be made within 7 days, exchanges are not granted after 7 days
* Merchandise must be received before an exchange can be granted
* Merchandise is subject to inspection by our offices, in order for exchange to be approved
* Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense, each way
* Our products are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and you wish to exchange, you will be required to pay return shipping charges and provide a tracking number on your old order and we will either exchange the product for one of the same or lesser value, or give you a credit towards a future purchase.
* Download the Exchange Authorization Form and mail it to us along with your hair within 7 days from the day you received your hair. Once we receive your hair and Return Authorization Form, we’ll contact you regarding your exchange (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within 5-7 business days.
* Exchanges must have an EAF created within 7 days of the original order. Exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days.
* Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be processed.
* If an inaccurate product has been shipped to you, please contact us immediately within (7) seven business days.
* Download the Exchange Authorization Form and mail it to us along with your hair within 7 days from the day you received your hair. Once we have the product back and inspect it, we will send an immediate replacement, and reimburse your shipping costs. (Incorrect shipment does NOT mean you ordered the wrong thing and realized it only after you received it. It simply means WE did not correctly ship what you paid for on your order invoice.)
* We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages upon delivery. Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your products.
